TICKET OPTIONS
1. Shared Occupancy (Sharing a room with another retreat attendee)
This option is for a double occupancy hotel room which you will share with another retreat attendee. If you and a harp buddy are attending together, you will be able to state your roommate choice on the registration page. Otherwise, we will match you up with another retreat attendee.
NOTE: If you are coming with a guest who will NOT be attending the retreat (for instance, a friend, spouse or significant other), please choose the Single Occupancy ticket and add the Non Attendee Guest option.
2. Single Occupancy (A room to yourself or shared with a Non-Attendee Guest)
This option is for a single room either for yourself alone, or to be shared with a Non-Attendee Guest such as a friend or spouse.
3. Non-Attendee Guest
This is a fee to allow your guest, friend or spouse to share meals and special activities with us.

- Early Bird (By September 10): $999.00
- $150 off the regular registration cost.
- Also includes a 20 minute Lightning Lesson with Anne via phone or Skype (valid for 6 months from the retreat date). SUPER Early Bird (By August 18, 2017): $999.00
- $150 off the regular registration cost.
- A 20 minute Lightning Lesson with Anne via phone or Skype (valid for 6 months from the retreat date).
PLUS…
- Your choice of an additional Lightning Lesson, a 10% discount on a 12-week coaching package OR a two month My Harp Mastery membership (if you’re not already a member). You don’t have to decide now – you can choose at the retreat.
Single Occupancy
- Regular Registration (By September 25): $1499.00
- Early Bird (By September 10): $1349.00

Non-Attendee Guest (May be purchased until 9/25/17): $300.00
DEPOSIT ONLY: You may choose to pay the entire regsitration fee now, or pay a $400.00 deposit. The balance will be due by September 25, 2017.

RESERVATIONS WILL BE CLOSED ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2017.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that cancellations must be received in writing (email is fine). Cancellations received on or before August 25, 2017 will be fully refundable. Any cancellations received between August 25, 2017 and September 25, 2017 will be 50% refundable. Any cancellations after September 25, 2017 will be refunded solely at our discretion.
ARS Musica reserves the right to cancel the retreat in the event that we do not meet the retreat minimum. In the event the retreat is cancelled by ARS Musica all money paid will be fully refunded. IMPORTANT: Do not make your travel arrangements until we have confirmed with you via email! We don't want you to lose money on travel reservations if we don't meet our retreat minimum.
